Welcome to the website of Ian MacTire, writer, podcaster, and werewolf. I am currently working on the second draft of my first novel, as well as a few other writing projects. This site will be where I will make announcements first, so make sure you bookmark it and visit often. It is my goal to cultivate a dedicated readership who enjoys the things I write, and not just make a quick buck off of sales (though I would love to be an independently wealthy author who can spend his days writing instead of working a day job to pay the bills).
I also host Empty Pages, my podcast designed to pull the curtain back on what it’s like to be a writer, from initial concept to first draft and beyond. All transcripts will be published under the “News and Announcement” section to make them easy to find. This podcast can be found on Apple Podcasts, Google, Spotify, Stitcher, or wherever it is that you get your podcasts from.
